Alvo is free after sign-up
- The whole workspace — forecast, AI brief, exports — opens after you sign in to a free account.
- There is no separate demo any more: Alvo is one product.
- The terms and the privacy policy were updated on 30 September 2026, the SLA page on 23 September 2026.
UEEX forward quotes removed
- UEEX's terms forbid redistributing its quotes, and no other source publishes these series, so Alvo neither collects nor shows them.
- The forward-curve page (/app/forward) has been removed.
Legal entity details published
- The operator's registration details are now open at /imprint; the Terms, DPA, SLA and AUP are no longer suppressed and are indexed.
- The DPA no longer promises to send executed SCCs: we provide our sub-processors' SCCs and state plainly that we hold no customer-executed set of our own.
- The same section now names Ukraine as a place where database backups are held, not only the EU.
The "Plan ROC" metric has been removed
- Its denominator was the sum of the buy legs alone, so the ratio assumed that the storage without which a buy-low/sell-high pair is impossible costs nothing.
- This is not a number to cap — capped, it would have stayed just as untrue. So the tile was removed rather than trimmed.
- The metric row keeps the average net spread in UAH/MWh after fees, which needs no assumption about capital.
The uncertainty band now shows what it was measured on
- Coverage is published alongside its denominators: how many hours and how many delivery days went into the estimate.
- The calibration verdict now carries a note about clustered misses — coverage can be nominal on average and fail badly on a single day.
- When cap-hit probability could not be computed, the page names the reason instead of showing a zero.
Chronos-2 now serves the day-ahead price forecast
- A candidate cleared the significance gate for the first time and replaced the seasonal-naive benchmark on the Ukrainian day-ahead market: Giacomini-White p = 0.0016 over 60 delivery days.
- Until then no candidate cleared the gate and Alvo served the benchmark itself; wherever a candidate still fails it, we say so.
- The workspace now shows which model is answering today. Previously it showed only the one that served last week.
Custom forecast: xlsx import and column choice
- You can upload an Excel workbook instead of pasting text.
- When a file has several numeric columns, you choose the one you meant. Previously the last one was taken — and on our own corpus that silently produced a volume forecast instead of a price forecast.
- Numbers in European format (comma as the decimal mark) no longer split into two values.
Public accuracy panel with a stated lag
- The homepage now carries a forecast-versus-actual measurement at a seven-day lag, broken out per market.
- Where no candidate beat the benchmark significantly in a market, we say so directly and show that the benchmark itself is what we serve.
- The illustrative financial example was demoted from the headline and labelled as an illustration rather than a result.
The daily package now uses your saved strategy
- If you've saved an active strategy profile (volume, min spread, max trades, fee), the daily package builds the plan from it — not from generic defaults.
- Until an active profile is saved, the package runs on the built-in defaults.
- If the profile read fails, that recipient is skipped (we never send a plan built on a guess) rather than silently falling back to defaults.
Daily decision package by email
- Once a day in the morning (06:30 Kyiv) — an email with the day's AI brief: summary, action gate, top pairs, and a link to the full package (PDF/XLSX) in the workspace.
- Real data only: if there's no live priced day, no email goes out — we never dress up a demo curve.
- Every email carries the AI marking (Art. 50) and the sovereignty receipt (zero data egress).
Decision & Outcome Ledger
- Every decision we serve is now logged; the morning reconcile scores it against realized DAM prices and computes hit-rate and captured spread across the recommended pairs.
- Decision timing: rows decided after the 12:00 Kyiv gate close are labeled retrospective accounting, not tradeable performance.
- A "historical simulation" disclaimer sits under the hit-rate KPI so nobody reads it as guaranteed accuracy.
- The ledger is on /app/ledger and exports to CSV (with a timing-basis column).
Fuel fundamentals card (gas + carbon)
- New card on /app: gas-storage fullness (GIE AGSI+) with a day-over-day trend, plus grid carbon intensity / CBAM line (Ember).
- Both sources are shown with attribution ("Sources: GIE AGSI+ · Ember").
- Decision background, not a forecast signal — no edge claimed.
Import-availability risk card (neighbour outages)
- Planned/forced generation outages in neighbours (HU/RO/SK/PL) from ENTSO-E — a proxy for UA import-capacity availability.
- Refreshes daily; history accrues going forward.
- Readout only for now — not wired into the forecast, no edge claimed.
Public launch
- Bilingual sign-in and registration with two-factor verification.
- Legal pack: terms, DPA, AUP, SLA and the sub-processor list.
- Bilingual glossary of market terms with search.
- ENTSO-E data: cross-border flows and regional day-ahead prices.
- In the AI brief's Sources block, each source that has a data card links to it.
- PDF and Excel export with sources and the rationale ID.
